Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your artwork. However occasionally we understand that you may wish to return the goods. We offer a full return service up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Please send returned artwork via a signed for & tracked service to:

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate insurance cover to cover the cost of any returns. Provided the artwork is received in perfect condition we will refund the price paid within seven working days less any delivery costs paid when ordering from us.

​We take every care to ensure that your artwork is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit and to ensure that your art arrives in perfect condition. Please advise us as soon as possible but in any case within three working days if your goods are damaged during the delivery process by contacting us at 07803456144 or email via the ChaChaChix.com website.
